Obtained by breeding a Nidoran F and Nidoran M while either parent is holding a Cross Stone.
Evolves into Nidorinu at level 16.

It is genderless, and its features and abilities appear to be averaged between those of male and female Nidorans.

I had this same idea except I never decided colors.The way I thought to get it was to make Nidoking hold Light Ball and Nidoqueen hold hard stone.Then mate them.

This whole "Pokemon mutation because of item called Cross Stone" is pretty original (the reason for the mutation is) and really kewlie. You should really do more of these, if you haven't already. ^_^

I had some others planned, although I honestly cannot remember which now. I didn't want to do a ton of them because most stones aren't used for evolving a whole lot of species of Pokémon but eh..
