KDTTCG - Parrotto Phone Card

One of my favorite Telefang 2 Denjuu for.. some reason! Parrotto is one of the secret ones (its number is 0#5-3*36-018*4 ) and when you call it, it tells you something along the lines of "You're calling me out of nowhere for Telefang? That's a little uncivilized..."

I didn't realize until I was done that this looks a lot like Gyuun's card.. wregh x__x I just wasn't up for drawing a background for it.
